Please remember to place your order with the utmost care. Cancellations are subject to cancellation charges.

Sales are Final and there are NO REFUNDS.  Deposits are non-refundable.  Credits will be issued as a store credit only.  After cancellation, labor costs and consultation fees are applied accordingly.  We cannot guarantee you can get the exact same hair as previous orders due to being 100% human hair.

Cancellations are subject to a cancellation charge.  We are not responsible for orders left over 30 days.If there is a problem with your order,  Custom Hair Designers must be notified within 14 days of receipt of any Custom Hair Design.  Failure to meet this deadline will result in a void of the limited warranty.  recommends that you wash your Custom Hair Design/Hairpiece prior to use, to detect any possible defects.  We do not guarantee any Custom Hair Design that has been chemically processed, or in any way altered other than by Custom Hair Designers, and is null and void of guarantee.

100% Human Hair will naturally oxidize (reds fade quicker), due to heat, elements, natural sunlight, washing and general wear and tear of Custom Hair Design/Hairpieces. All lace material will stretch and may tear from normal wear and tear. All material vary to base to base type. We cannot guarantee the longevity of any Custom Top Piece or Full Custom Hair Piece with a French Lace Part or Skin-Top without regular  maintenance and normal repair service.  These Custom Designs are made to look as close as possible to hair growing from the scalp.  Each hair is individually ventilated.  The hair breaks off from normal wear and tear from styling, shampoo, and heat.  Once hair is lost, it does not replace itself.  The hair loss on the Skin-Top is more visible due to the material used.  Skin-Tops are repairable.  We can add hair at an additional labor cost.

HOW TO OBTAIN AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND:

To obtain an exchange or refund you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  This can be done by calling:  1(877) 430-1470. The (RMA) number must be included along with your original receipt and unopened packaging.
